100% Self-taught
AI Art Direction Guide

Over the past year and half I kept getting requests to share my process and tools for creating work with AI.

Now I’ve put together a guide. In this guide I’ve compiled my entire 100% self-taught method of using AI to create product imagery and macro imagery.

What this guide gets you

This guide is a direct reflection of how I use these tools for real client work. To achieve the results that meet my standard, my process has morphed into a full workflow of switching between multiple AI tools and good old photoshopping techniques. This guide covers all of it.

How I get things to actually look art directed
How I maintain consistency
How I go from an idea to something my clients can actually use.

Whats inside:

→ Module 1: How AI fits into the creative workflow and what to watch out for.
→ Module 2: My full tool stack: how and why I use each tool.
→ Module 3: A step by step walkthrough to produce product imagery.
→ Module 4: A step by step walkthrough to macro imagery.

What this guide is

This isn’t a prompt pack. It’s the actual process I use in my client work to create everything from ingredient macros to full product photography.

This is my personal, self-taught workflow. There are probably hundreds of other ways to get to similar results, after a lot of experimenting, this is what’s been working for me.

This guide focuses specifically on product and macro imagery. There are countless other ways to use AI, but I intentionally narrowed the focus of this guide. Rather than trying to cover everything AI can do, I wanted give a deep dive on how I actually use it every day.

Who it’s for

Anyone who wants to get better at using AI for creative assets. If you are a complete beginner, I cover a lot of the setup for how I interact with these models, so it's a good starting point. It'll be most helpful if you've already experimented with these tools a bit.
