OuterSignal sits at the intersection of advanced technology and human insight. We approached the branding with a clear goal: no fluff. A brand that analyses customer data, and unlocks opportunities for performance marketers needed to feel a future-forward while remaining approachable and accessible, not Big Brother.
Our copywriting focused on sharp & to the point messaging. Landing punchy messages with wit, we're visionary without the ego, and know how to cut through the noise.





Inspired by the simplicity and confidence of the Swiss International Style, the identity is confident without feeling self-important. Every touchpoint was designed to be sharp, minimal, and purposeful, allowing the product's capabilities to take center stage.
To give the brand a recognizable visual asset we developed the Scanner—a graphic device that represents OuterSignal's core value: revealing customer data that used to be a mystery.
The Scanner visualizes the software's ability to surface hidden insights, transforming existing data into actionable intelligence, and power deep segmentation. We made it a central element of the identity system, appearing across the website, product marketing, and brand communications.
In developing the Scanner we went through hundreds of iterations to achieve the right balance of clarity, motion, and scalability. Every detail was refined to complement the geometric sans-serif wordmark and perform consistently across applications, from small interface elements to large-scale brand moments.
